Course on colors and their preparation
Course location: Atelier Villa Cremisi in Sala Baganza (Parma)
This course is the basis of all the courses as it will allow you to know the colors and prepare the paintings by hand.
It is dedicated to all those who wish to work in full autonomy because they will teach you to produce colors for wood and wall without using pre-packaged paints.
The big advantage will be a considerable savings, and the possibility to work in absolute autonomy and to make you ‘original’ in the creation of your color range.
Study of color theory and preparation of natural and synthetic binders We will start from the chromatic study of color theory (primary, secondary and complementary colors).
We will perform tests and color tests. We will begin to prepare the binders of natural origin: egg, lactic derivatives, natural resins and synthetic origin based on vinyl products;
All materials will be provided by the atelier and the work carried out during the course will be owned by the participant.
On site will be provided explanatory handouts on the subject, bibliography related to the topic and the certificate of participation.
