Course on wall decoration: material and peeling effects, natural oxidations.

From 09.30 to 12.30 13.00 – 16.00 with a short stop to have a quick snack in the atelier to recover a good lesson.
This is how the instructions for painting and decorating in a complete and professional way are used with old, peeling and textured effects. As for the oxidations on metal foils, we will prepare specific substrates for bonding the foils. We will oxidize them with natural reagents of common use and therefore very economical. The reactions will be immediate and of excellent visual effect. All old and material effects can be performed on walls and on wood. Horizontally and vertically as the reagents placed in a particular colorless and natural cold glue. For the furniture we recommend flat surfaces such as tables, cabinets, doors, etc. that do not present reliefs and moldings. Drafting a layering decoration with stencil in painted tapestry or a simple boiserie (border).
Creation of the aged upholstery effect on a peeling wall. Final protective draft.
Sunday:
Material effect aged with oxidized natural.
Preparation and application of the wall base: work with a brush.
Start of processing a layering in contrasting tones or a tone gradation. Bonding of gold, copper and aluminum metal sheets.
Preparation of natural reagents and cold glue. Wall oxidation constructions. Final protective draft.
All materials will be provided by the atelier and the work performed during the course will be owned by the participant.
On the spot will be delivered handouts with bibliographic references from which to draw designs and inspirations.
The complete list of materials to be used for a perfect execution of wall decorations will also be provided.
Certificate of attendance issued at the end of the course.
Full course fee of 18 hours, € 850 euros.
